Reservation and payment

• Reservations can be made online through our reservation system.
• A deposit of the specified amount is required to secure the reservation. The total price of the stay will be based on the length of stay, number of people and season.
• The deposit must be paid within one week of booking confirmation. Otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancellation of reservation

• In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, we will refund the deposit without handling charges.
• In case of cancellation less than 14 days, our cancellation policy applies.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is possible from 14:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform us in advance.
• Check-out must be made no later than 11:00.

Rules of conduct

• Accommodation is only available for registered guests.
• Guests are required to observe a nightly curfew from 22:00 to 06:00.
• If guests cause any damage to the property, they will be obliged to compensate for it.

Responsibility

• We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to guest property.
• We are not liable for any damages caused by a third party.

Limitation of liability

• We are not responsible for any costs or damages incurred by guests as a result of cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters etc.

• If you have any problems or complaints during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can resolve the situation.
